Okay, so, Itachi was supposed to be looking all, "Hurr, I've got you now." And Naruto was supposed to be looking all, "woe, he's got me now." Instead. Itachi looks like all clingy and paranoid, and Naruto looks like he's doing the comforting. Plans are obviously there to be trashed to pieces. It's either that, or there is a missing connection between my brain, eyes and hands.  |

I love the coloring style.
For the expression you were trying to get, maybe if you make Itachi's mouth quirk up a bit in a sort of secret smile, and his eyes a little more closed, you might get the look you want.
Also, try having his hands holding onto Naru a little tighter.
Those are just some suggestions.
Regardless, I think it's just as amazing as your other works
