Oh Muraki, you adorably creepy serial killing megalomaniacal psychopath.... I love you so hard.
The funniest thing about this, however, is that I didn't really even have to make this up. This is just all shit that he does.
I just had to put his behaviour towards Tsuzuki into fancy words and there you have it
(If you haven't seen Yami No Matsuei though, this might be hard to understand. Like taking out a small child and molesting a wine glass......er.... MURAKI
